More Action Verbs

More action verbs, round one: saying (言う) and being there (いる), riding (のる) and getting off (おりる), thinking (かんがえる), receiving (もらう), and showing what you want (がる). Mimi's day runs from the cat by the window to a hard test at school, cake from Mother, a wedding on the radio, and turning the light off (けす) at ten. No new grammar: all 50 patterns are already out in the wild, so this lesson just practices them on new words.

Listen first

10:02 · Mimi's voice. Listen once through before reading anything — ears first, eyes second.

SpeakerPeek as much as you need — then fade the help.
